Overview
Thank you for shopping with Flow Pilates. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please email info@flow-la.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Sale or discounted items
- Socks and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@flow-la.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue for faster processing.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
