Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States from our studio in Los Angeles, California.

Shipping Rates

  • Express Shipping: $14.99 (estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Orders $100+ (U.S. only)

Transit times are estimates and do not include processing time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to edit addresses after an order has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building/manager first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact the carrier with your tracking number. You can also email us at info@flow-la.com and we’ll help where possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Flow Pilates is not responsible for packages after they are scanned as delivered by the carrier. Carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control may impact delivery times.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost. You will receive tracking for each parcel if applicable.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated ship window will be noted on the product page. Your entire order may ship together when all items are available.
